Comedores Sociales de Puerto Rico is a self-managed food distribution initiative whose social and activist mission is based on a simple idea: the people can attend to and meet their needs from the ground up.In order to make their mission viable in the long term, the organization takes part in food collection campaigns and has cultivated gardens in Cayey and Caguas that supply a variety of products.
